General Job Description:

General scope of duties and responsibilities for managing a Business Unit on ESCO (Energy Service Company) providing professional services and related technologies for Renewable Energy Efficiency and Conservation in compliance with laws, regulations, standards, prescribed by Government Regulatory Agencies and International treaties for climate change mitigation/adaptation.

Specific Activities:

  • Understand Regulatory Environment: EPIRA, Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act, DOE Circulars, LGU Code, RE Act. DENR, DOST, Tax Incentives, Phil Energy Plan.

  • Update knowledge on above regulatory policies and standards and necessary levels of skills.

  • Communicate verbally, online or in person w/ clients, Regulatory Agencies

  • Planning, segmenting, targeting and measuring service and technology performance

  • Gathering data from prospective clients as basis for preliminary analysis and proposals

  • On site Energy Audit at plant premises

  • Technical ability to use basic energy audit tools

  • Audit report discussion and report preparation and submission to client and Regulatory Agencies
