The Field/Roving Teller based at the branch is the Bank's authorized representative to pick-up, receive and deliver cash primarily to his mother branch's clients. He secures the cash under custody from place of origin (client/branch) to place of destination (branch/client/ATM offsite). It is his responsibility to verify cash deposit picked-up from clients. He may also act as co-custodian of ATM offsite (provincial branches).

He must also be knowledgeable in branch operations including products and services as he may also be tasked to assist in the branch operations if need be.

Immediately refer all Requests, Queries, Complaints (RQCs) to officers.
