We are looking for an experienced Environmental Impact Assessment Manager (ECC), with strong organizational skills Do you strive to be part of the vibrant Philippine's renewable energy sector, especially Offshore Wind? We are looking for a talented individual that has more than ten years' experience of working in the environmental sector in the Philippines delivering overall Environmental Impact Assessments (ECC) for energy or large infrastructure projects and has been coordinating with the different technical disciplines for delivery of consents. This role offers the opportunity to expand your career into the renewable energy and sustainability sector with a strong focus on Offshore Wind.

NIRAS is a multi-disciplinary engineering company with a strong footprint in Offshore Wind in Europe and Asia-Pacific. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Environmental team in the Philippines with an interest to work with our Offshore Wind and renewable energy practice to further our activities in the Philippines jointly with our team in Manila and Taiwan.

The role will work from our office in Manila.

Role and Responsibility:

(1) Leading the Delivery and Management of ECC

(2) Coordinating in-house experts and external suppliers on their delivery

(3) Quality assurance of technical reports in English and / or Tagalog

(4) Quality Assurance and management of supplier

(5) Interface with ESIA delivery teams (overseas)

Requirement:

(1) Bachelor environmental science or equivalent

(2) At least 10 years of work experience in Environmental Compliance Certificates (ECC)

(3) Proven Project Leader or Team leader skills

(4) Excellent organization skills and goal-oriented mind-set

(5) Willingness to travel within the Philippines

Following are considered a plus:

(1) Experience working on ESIA in renewable energy projects

(2) Ability to work in a complex and fast-moving working environment

(3) Project Management Certification (PMP or others)
