Job Title: Molding Machine Technician

Job Overview
We are looking for Machine Setters to ensure the stability and efficiency of the injection molding process, with a strong emphasis on workplace safety, product quality, and production performance. This role involves machine setup, adjustments, and process optimization to meet automotive industry standards. By collaborating closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams, you will contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives, waste reduction, and overall operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform set up and operation of injection molding machines
  • Launch new production series while ensuring a smooth start-up process.
  • Efficiently perform tool changes and continuously monitor machine conditions.
  • Optimize molding parameters and troubleshoot quality issues to maintain high standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and accurately document results for quality assurance.
  • Implement effective corrective actions to minimize defects and enhance product quality.
  • Provide technical support and carry out emergency repairs to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Monitor machine performance and ensure strict compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of machine settings and adjustments for traceability.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering courses, Mechanical Engineering, BIT Mechanical Technology, Electronics Technology or a related field.
