Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

  • Lead overall planning, forecasting, actualization, reporting an analysis activities as well as providing accurate and relevant management reports
  • Prepare in depth and insightful analysis of business results against plan, prior year, prior estimates and other base for comparison, including the identification of opportunities and risks together with recommendation for actions to address
  • Keeps the SBU and BU Heads well informed of what's driving their financial performance and knowledgeable of any gaps and the impact that these gaps have in the delivery of their plan/forecast
  • Review financial analyses of project/program(profitability/opportunities/risk)
  • Ensures that all SBU numbers are correct and consistent across all reporting systems
  • Prepare specialized and ad hoc analysis as may be required

Job Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Accountancy, Management, Management Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferably MBA or CMA
  • 5-7 years in Commercial Finance, Financial Planning; Management Reporting or Business Partnering in a FMCG company.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Preferably with training certification on Financial modelling, Profitability analysis
  • Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
