Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a dynamic, results-driven professional responsible for the end-to-end management, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns.

This role requires a blend of creative content development, strategic paid and organic campaign management, rigorous data analysis, and clear client-facing communication through presentations and reports to significantly boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. A key component of this position is providing hands-on digital support during client events and brand activations, including live social media coverage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaign Strategy & Performance

  • Own the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms (social media, search, display, website and email).
  • Define clear campaign objectives, target audiences, key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage budgets to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
  • Independently manage and optimize all paid media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic Buys), focusing on ad creation, precise audience targeting, bidding strategy, and maximizing performance.

2. Content & Creative Development

  • Develop compelling, engaging content for all digital channels, including social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and the company website.
  • Create necessary digital assets such as graphics, captions, ad creatives, and short-form videos to support campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative output maintains brand consistency and aligns perfectly with campaign goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives and content to gather insights and drive continuous improvement in engagement and conversion rates.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Web Analytics

  • Drive organic growth by implementing best-in-class SEO practices to improve search rankings and website traffic.
  • Perform keyword research, optimize website landing pages, and update web content independently.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance data to recommend and implement enhancements to the user experience (UX) and conversion funnels.

4. Social Media Management & Community Engagement

  • Oversee and actively manage all company social media accounts, ensuring consistent content scheduling and direct engagement with the online community.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and leverage audience feedback to inform and refine the social media strategy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics (reach, engagement, leads, views, growth) to measure platform health and success.

5. On Ground Event Digital Support

  • Serve as the primary digital support for client events, brand activations, and field marketing activities.
  • Capture, create, and deploy live content (photos, videos, stories) for real-time social media promotion during events.
  • Actively monitor and engage online audiences concurrently with the event to maximize digital reach and participation.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with on-site teams to uphold brand consistency and digital visibility.

66. Data Analysis, Reporting & Client Presentation

  • Analyze and report on the performance of all digital initiatives, tracking key metrics such as traffic, engagement rates, CTR, leads, and conversions.
  • Prepare clear, insightful, and visually compelling client presentations to communicate campaign strategies, performance results, and recommendations.
  • Present digital marketing performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, explaining insights, outcomes, and next-step strategies in a professional and confident manner.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate dashboards and performance reports for management and client review.

7. Collaboration & Support

  • Manage coordination with internal teams, or clients as needed for specific campaign execution tasks.
  • Support all influencer (KOL) and partnership marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain meticulous records of campaigns, content calendars, and all digital assets.
  • Actively participate in team strategy meetings and contribute innovative ideas to elevate the overall digital marketing performance.

8. Other tasks that may be assigned

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
  • Proven ability to independently create and manage content across digital platforms.
  • Strong expertise in paid advertising campaigns and organic marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, social media management, and basic design/video tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, creative problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience providing digital marketing support during live events or brand activations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
