Job Overview

The Delivery Driver shall be responsible for the timely distribution of goods to customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

I. Documentation

  • signs Sales Invoices
  • maintains an updated copy of call cards as record of deliveries
  • checks provisional receipts and collection receipts , making sure they are correct and duly signed by customers
  • prepares Remittance Report upon forwarding collected payments to the cashier
  • pulls out stocks from customers with proper documentation
  • liquidates expenses incurred for delivery of stocks

II. Delivery of Goods to Customers

  • checks stocks for delivery prior to loading of goods, making sure proper handling is always observed
  • reviews sales invoices and vehicle route slips before proceeding to designated itinerary
  • performs actual checking of items in front of customers to ensure completeness and good condition of goods
  • ensures all documentations needed during delivery are signed prior to leaving the area
  • takes orders from customers, if any

III. Withdrawal of Goods

  • facilitates pull out of stocks ensuring correct quantity
  • reports discrepancies, if any

IV. Collection

  • collection of payments upon delivery of goods

V. Customer Concerns

  • addresses concerns of customers as they arise, making sure that they are communicated to IMPO and CAMO in a timely manner

VI. Upkeep of Service Vehicle

  • integrates best driving practices
  • observes careful driving at all times
  • maintains cleanliness of delivery vehicle
  • inspects vehicle and reports and malfunctions immediately to proper personnel

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Must have a Professional Driver's License
  • Must have at least 1 year working experience in the same role
  • Must be able to communicate well in verbal and written form
  • Must be highly organized with keen attention to details
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to function with minimal supervision - responsible and dependable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
