The Deliveries Team manages the strategy and operations of GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabExpress. We use data-driven insights and collaborate with partners to improve the Grab experience for our delivery partners, merchants, and eaters. Get to Know the Role

The Demand Planning Strategy Manager will craft and manage strategies to drive topline growth for Deliveries, lead product launches and initiatives to boost demand, and work with cross-functional teams, including regional product teams and country operations teams, to ensure sustained growth.

Your role will report directly to the Head of Deliveries. You will be based onsite at our Exquadra Tower, Ortigas office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will develop and oversee the implementation of growth strategies for GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabExpress, enhancing market presence and driving user engagement.
  • You will design and optimize frameworks for platform promo initiatives, guide promo executions, review post-execution analyses, and drive improvements to maximize impact.
  • You will monitor topline key metrics and conversion funnels to identify and address gaps and opportunities, boosting overall checkouts and fueling user growth.
  • You will bridge and lead conversations between multiple teams to shape strategies and decisions, influencing business growth and product positioning with your insights.
  • You will lead the creation of accurate topline forecasts and manage the overall deliveries promo budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic allocation.
  • You will manage a team of 2-4 demand planning team members to drive initiatives for topline growth across all Deliveries verticals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • You will drive the business agenda with key business partners and evaluate the right economics of growth and profitability to ensure sustainable success.
