Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants in the United States, while working remotely from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure smooth operations, cost control, and consistent guest satisfaction across multiple locations. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to work effectively with on-site restaurant teams despite being based remotely.

In addition to operations support, this role will also assist in managing the restaurants' online and social media presence to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management Support

  • Oversee and support the daily operations of multiple restaurants to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high service standards.
  • Monitor restaurant performance through sales reports, labor reports, inventory data, and guest feedback.
  • Collaborate with on-site managers and staff to implement operational standards, training programs, and process improvements.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all restaurants.
  • Analyze financial performance, including P&L statements, labor costs, food costs, and other KPIs, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and support services to ensure consistent supply chain operations.
  • Implement cost control and waste reduction strategies without compromising food quality or service.
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of on-site management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with US restaurant regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
  • Report regularly to ownership on restaurant performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Drive initiatives that improve guest experience, staff engagement, and overall profitability.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Social Media & Brand Support

· Coordinate with management to develop monthly social media calendars.

· Create, post, and monitor content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and keep restaurant websites updated.

· Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.

· Track engagement metrics and provide performance reports on campaigns.

· Collaborate with the marketing team/management to align promotions and campaigns with operational goals.
