• Must have undergone at least one working experience in the same field

I. I. JOB SUMMARY

Performs clinical evaluation and procedures to patients referred for physical therapy. Acts as a Clinical Supervisor - supervises the training, evaluation and performance of UST Physical Therapy Interns undergoing Clinical Internship at the A. Mabini Rehabilitation Center.

II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. REGULAR DUTIES

1. Performs physical therapy procedures to patients referred for physical therapy.

2. Performs documentation such as initial evaluation, interim notes and discharge summary of all patients under his care.

3. Schedules treatment of patients under his care.

4. Obtain patients' informed consent to proposed interventions.

5. Evaluates effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.

6. Informs PT Technicians and Aides of in-patients referred for physical therapy who have to be transported to and from the Department.

7. Ensures maintenance and safekeeping of physical therapy facilities and equipment.

8. Supervises the training of physical therapy interns.

9. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

B. OCCASIONAL OR SPECIAL DUTIES

1. Evaluates performance of Physical Therapy Interns under his supervision.

2. Assists the Chief Physical Therapist in the preparation of the annual budget for the Physical Therapy Section.

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month
