Assembly and Manufacturing:

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble EV components according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including robotic systems and automated machinery.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure that all parts meet our rigorous standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.

Quality Control:

  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Document and report any quality issues to the supervisor.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Safety and Maintenance:

  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
  • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Participate in problem-solving activities and implement solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EV technology and manufacturing techniques.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of electric vehicles and their components is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
