Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop the overall marketing strategy for the company aligned with its overall business objectives.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns and sales objectives and activities to all sales channels, both retail and institutional
  • Oversee and manage company's marketing budget
  • Develop and create all marketing collaterals
  • Work closely with design agencies and other third parties
  • Represent the company in Marketing and Sales related activities and programs
  • Maintain and manage effective internal communications to ensure that all company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Development and management of Locals Store Marketing plans (LSM)
  • Create brand campaigns that will translate to sales
  • Develop training programs which focus on sales building activities
  • Implement standard customer services
  • Evaluate overall sales performance and generate solutions to problem areas
  • Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
  • Keep up-to-date with guests' needs, benchmark direct competitors, and industry trends
  • Develop and manage guest and third party relationships
  • Establish control to guard all assets of the department
  • Coordinate with the General Manager, Operations Manager, and VP for Finance regarding sales and promotions related matter

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or any related course
  • At least 5 years of progressive Marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Experience supervising and managing a professional staff
  • Strong and effective communicator
  • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
  • Ability to coordinate the efforts of a team of creative employees
  • Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution
  • Commitment to continuous learning
  • Expert in internet and social media strategy
  • Demonstrated efficiency in holding conversations with guests and guest-focused product development activities
  • Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input
  • Ability to lead in an environment of constant change

Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing, including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software, visual communication software, and creative services

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
