Demand Planning Specialist

PCI Private Limited is looking for an experienced Demand Planning Specialist to join our Business Unit department. This position is part of our expansion, and will be based in our newly set up office in Laguna.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review customers' forecast and order and propose loading in MRP
  2. Liaise and follow up with customers on delivery schedule
  3. Monitor & work with production team and purchasing team on delivery commitments
  4. Maintain waterfall report based on customers' forecast and line of balance report for internal review
  5. Minimise shipment backlogs and maintain finished goods inventory at an optimum level

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics or any relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a demand planner and/or in an Electronics Manufacturing Services organization
  • Familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP
