We're Hiring: Functional Test Planning Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Functional Test Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in functional testing, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before release.

As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the quality and functionality of software applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies, conducting thorough testing processes, and providing insights to enhance product quality. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that the testing processes are efficient and effective in meeting project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for testing processes and results.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
  • Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Mainframes, Banking.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in performance testing and load testing.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
