Role and Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
  • Administer/optimize MikroTik routers for routing, QoS, and bandwidth management.
  • Manage and secure Linux servers and IT infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, backups, access).
  • Configure and troubleshoot Asterisk / FreePBX and SIP trunks.
  • Support and administer RingCentral (user management, call flows, etc.)
  • Monitor and document network and server performance.
  • Provide technical support for internal teams and client requests.
  • Assist with after-hours maintenance and emergency support as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in IT, systems, or network administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
  • Hands-on experience with MikroTik and Linux systems.
  • Solid understanding of telecom systems, SIP protocols, and PBX administration.
  • Experience with Asterisk / FreePBX and RingCentral platforms.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible or on-call hours when required.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, MTCRE, RHCE, or equivalent would be preferred.
  • Experience in scripting or automation (Bash, Python) would be preferred.
  • Should be willing to work on-site.
  • Should be willing to work full-time.
