This role will be based in Manila. This role focused on providing organizational and administrative assistance for research projects. This role will help maintain the day-to-day operations of research initiatives working with a variety of teams across the Global Research community. Strong communication and project management skills are key to this role. What this job involves  Coordinate and manage the upload of quarterly research reports to the external website and internal client portal. Act as a liaison between the in-region research coordinator and the JBS Marketing team. Ensure uploads are completed according to schedule, provide frequent status updates to stakeholders, and confirm high quality results.  Provide support for the Research Subscriptions tracking initiative  Assist in the co-ordination of the Global Research Learning & Development Program  Update the internal intranet SharePoint site (Connect) with research content and images on aregular basis.  Help coordinate the timeline for budget submissions and reviews and assist in collecting and collating budget inputs  Co-ordinate the Internal Business Case submission for Insights and review process  Support on ad-hoc projects as required  Provide internal support on various programmes to increase efficiency and productivity Every day is different, and in all these activities, we'd encourage you to show your ingenuity.  Sound like you?
