Facialist / Therapist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facialist / Therapist to join our talented team at Best Reliable Resources Internationale' in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality facial treatments and therapies to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing a range of facial treatments and therapies, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and facial massages
2. Conducting in-depth skin analyses and recommending tailored treatment plans
3. Educating clients on proper skincare routines and providing product recommendations
4. Maintaining detailed client records and treatment histories
5. Ensuring a safe, clean, and relaxing treatment environment
6. Collaborating with the team to provide exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Facialist or Therapist in a salon or spa setting
2. Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field
3. Excellent knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatment methods
4. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
5. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals
6. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
