We are supporting a well-established premium retail brand in the search for a Merchandising & Buying Manager to take ownership of product planning, inventory strategy, and vendor coordination across stores.

This role is ideal for a hands-on retail merchandising leader who enjoys balancing data-driven decisions with strong commercial instincts and visual execution. Prior luxury or watch experience is not required—solid retail merchandising fundamentals are the priority.

Role Scope
  • Own end-to-end assortment planning and buying decisions based on sales performance and trends
  • Manage supplier coordination covering pricing, ordering, and delivery timelines
  • Drive inventory health, ensuring optimal stock levels and turnover
  • Lead store-level merchandising execution in collaboration with operations teams
  • Analyze sales and inventory data to guide promotions and product actions
  • Act as a key partner to management in improving sell-through and store performance
Ideal Background
  • 5+ years' experience in retail merchandising, buying, or category management
  • Exposure to department store, lifestyle, fashion, or specialty retail environments
  • At least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity
  • Strong commercial judgment supported by sales and stock analysis
  • Confident in supplier coordination and cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable working onsite in Manila (Binondo area)
