Employment Set-up:

Our client adopted HYBRID set-up on a 2x a week onsite. They work collaboratively within a global environment requiring their employees' to work dayshift with a flexibility to work on mid-shift.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with various teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, designing and building automation solutions using RPA and programming languages
  • Implement best practices for process engineering and agile methodologies, driving an engineering focus and quality-first approach, advocating for appropriate implementation of end-user requirements
  • Define re-usable design patterns, and engaging stakeholders through solution discussions and prototype demonstrations
  • Involved in multiple automation initiatives that delivered tangible benefits.
  • Involve in risk and internal control concepts and experience in applying them to coding standards of various technology solutions and align to business processes
  • Apply Agile (SCRUM) practice, and/or project management

Qualifications:

  • MUST be a GRADUATE of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • MUST HAVE at least 5 years of experience in RPA as a developer
  • MUST HAVE at least 5 years of experience in RPA tools, preferably POWER AUTOMATE and/or UiPath.
  • MUST HAVE at least 5 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting/coding), .Net, Python, VBA, SharePoint Development, SQL and relational databases and application development
  • MUST HAVE at least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in insurance, or working experience in a consulting or shared services environment
  • With experience being involved in multiple automation initiatives that delivered tangible benefits.
  • With advanced knowledge on programming concepts using any of the following languages C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, and .Net
  • With knowledge of risk and internal control concepts and experience in applying them to coding standards of various technology solutions and aligned to business processes
  • With conceptual knowledge/background in Agile (SCRUM) practice, and/or Project Management.
