E-Commerce Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online stores across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Edamama, and Zalora. This role ensures seamless daily operations, participates in platform campaigns, manages stock levels, maintains account health, and drives sales through performance monitoring and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize store performance (fulfillment, listing, customer service).
• Track key metrics: sales, orders, pageviews, best-selling products, and more.
• Oversee floating orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Execute and track platform campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Manage store layout, banners, and visuals for optimal user experience.
• Set up chat broadcasts and engage with customers.
• Create and monitor discount promotions, vouchers, and campaign pricing.
• Monitor stock availability and initiate replenishment.
• Ensure account compliance with platform policies.
• Oversee ad performance and credit management (Shopee Ads).
• Provide insights and prepare sales/business reports.
• Coordinate Monthly Shopee Flash Banks and participate in QBRs.
• Perform competitive price checking and update rebated prices accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
• Proficient in Shopee, Lazada, and other key online platforms.
• Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
• Analytical, organized, and proactive problem-solver.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and within a dynamic team.
• Willing to work on-site (New Manila, Quezon City), 6 days/week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php23,000.00 per month
