What we are looking for

Digital Designers with strong skills in vector illustration and artwork creation, and an impressive portfolio to match.

The bare essentials

  • Proven experience in creating vector designs and artworks
  • Has worked in print, apparel, or similar creative industries
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop and other Creative Suite apps a plus)
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and color
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • Proactive, motivated, and collaborative
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and international clients

Responsibilities

  • Create and develop vector-based designs and artworks for various projects
  • Execute creative concepts that align with brand and project requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and team to bring ideas to life
  • Adapt and refine designs for different mediums including print, apparel, and digital materials
  • Maintain high design quality and consistency across outputs
  • Support wider creative teams when needed

X factors

  • Experience in apparel or merchandise design
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for ideation and creative workflows
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Has worked in digital or advertising industries
  • Experience working with Australian or multinational clients
  • Outstanding command of the English language
  • Industry awards or recognitions are a big plus
