Site Planner

Job Summary

The Site Planner & Scheduler is responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring that all aspects of the project phases engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning processes are efficient and effective. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including project managers, construction managers, supply chains, site engineers, and contractors/sub-contractors, to create detailed plans that align with project objectives and timelines.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using project management software preferable Primavera P6 tool.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Analyze project specifications and identify potential risks and challenges.

• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling and resource allocation.

• Able to perform critical path analysis in a multiple critical path's environment.

Key Qualifications

• Atleast 7 years experience in Project planning and scheduling.

• 3-5 years experience in solar, transmission lines and substation projects.

• Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction processes, techniques, and project management principles.

• Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
