About the role

As a Customer Services Representative (Virtual Process) at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION', you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and service to our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in Mabolo Cebu City Cebu, offering the flexibility of virtual work.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound customer calls and responding to queries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective way
  • Providing product and service information to customers and assisting them with their needs
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall customer experience
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications to record and retrieve customer information
  • A calm and patient demeanour, able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping others
