Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design and Layout

  • Develop and execute digital and print layouts for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, social media
  • posts, and event collaterals.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with SWU branding guidelines.
  • Content Preparation
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to translate concepts and messages into
  • compelling visuals.
  • Technical Production
  • Prepare final design files for print production and digital publishing.
  • Ensure all artworks are optimized for different formats (web, social media, print).
  • Collaboration and Support
  • Work closely with writers, photographers, and marketing officers to produce integrated campaigns.
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.
  • Time and Project Management
  • Deliver outputs on time and within project requirements.
  • Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of branding principles, brand strategy, and positioning.

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation.

Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.

Creative and analytical — able to generate innovative ideas and measure campaign effectiveness.

Organized, detail-oriented, and time-conscious, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
