Are you a seasoned finance professional with a strong strategic mindset and a passion for leadership? Join our team as Finance Manager and play a key role in driving financial growth and integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Head the finance and accounts function
  • Close the monthly books of accounts for reporting to the management
  • Get the books of accounts audited
  • Comply with all the rules and regulation of the country (Philippines)
  • Make the statutory payments on time
  • File all necessary returns to the government agencies
  • Get the Tax audit done
  • Take care of all the compliance related matters
  • Streamline the processes
  • Ensure timely / online entries into the ERP
  • Manage funds flow
  • Monitor Receivables
  • Meet the commitment for payments
  • Park the funds in proper investment avenue
  • Plan the tax
  • Liaise with Tax consultants for proper tax planning.
  • Escalate important developments to the Business head / Group CFO

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years industry experience or CPA with 5 years' experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory standards, and financial reporting
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Amenable to report to work onsite in Rosales, Pangasinan

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
