Purchasing Assistant

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Conmech Construction & Development Corporation Full time ₱40,000 - ₱60,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Project Engineers and Project Supervisor for Material requisition.
  • Find and presents potential Vendors/Supplier.
  • Administers Purchase Order.
  • Ensure that all material request is in line and fulfilled vs. Project Site material request.
  • Prepare daily trips and dispatches of all construction material request.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Proficient in using MS Office application.
  • Good both in verbal and written communication.
  • Decisive, methodical, and attentive to detail.
  • With strong negotiation skills.
  • Trustworthy
  • Good customer relation.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
  • Able to start immediately and is amenable to working in Mandaluyong City.
