About the role

We are seeking an entry level Encoder to join our team in Carmona, Cavite. As an Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and processing data to support the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. This is a full-time role that will be based on-site.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately inputting data from various sources into our computer systems and spreadsheets
  • Verifying and proofreading entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets as required
  • Generating reports and documents based on the data processed
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Strong data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Familiarity with common office software such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Preferably graduates of Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
