Human Resources Intern

Compensation and Benefits

Job description: We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the Benefits Team and gain hands-on experience in compensation and benefits administration. Responsibilities include assisting with tools of trade concerns such as company cars, allowances, communication, and laptops, as well as managing purchase requests for handsets, laptops, desktops, pedestals, tables, and chairs. You will also monitor vehicle registration and insurance, prepare payment request forms, and facilitate third-party transactions for ownership transfers. Additional tasks include monitoring regular PMS, tire replacements, and battery changes, handling purchase requests for car-related repairs, and processing Fleet Card applications. You will also prepare Deeds of Sale, Affidavits of Warranty and other documents for ownership transfers, oversee monthly renewal of corporate plans, and prepare employee benefit forms for review and approval by the Benefits Supervisor, C&B Manager, HR Director, and Finance Manager

Organizational Development

Job description: We are looking for an Organizational Development Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the OD Team in driving employee engagement and development initiatives. Responsibilities include creating publication materials for company and inter-department events, ensuring active employee participation in events and practices, and conducting research on industry trends, best practices, and benchmarking data to support OD strategies, and projects. You will also help coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant communication. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support for OD projects and team activities, such as organizing files, maintaining databases, and preparing presentations or reports.

Talent Acquisition

Job description: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. In this role, support the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition Team and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening resumes, scheduling and conducting pre-screening interviews, and assisting in various stages of recruitment. You will also create and post job advertisements on job boards and social media, prepare candidate endorsements for Hiring Managers, and coordinate with Hiring Managers to fulfill recruitment needs and job openings.

Marketing Intern

Job description: We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in promoting and driving sales of company products and services, as well as support the execution of promotional campaigns and activities. Responsibilities include helping develop marketing content such as reports, brochures, and other materials, while collaborating closely with the Production/Warehouse, Sales, and Distribution teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.

IT Intern

Job description: We are looking for an IT Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the IT Team in maintaining system performance , security, and user support. Responsibilities include assisting with network monitoring, system backups, data storage, and software installations. You will also help maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees, support user account management, and ensure accurate documentation of IT assets. Additionally, you will assist the IT Team with administrative tasks and other technology-related projects as needed.

Purchasing Intern

Job description: We are looking for a Purchasing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the Purchasing Team in ensuring smooth procurement and inventory operations. Responsibilities include communicating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and updates, placing orders on schedule, and coordinating inventory distribution across warehouses. You will also support the coordination of new product introductions with Sales and Marketing, assist in preparing reports and materials, and help maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure efficient business operations.
