Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to the Marketing Department in handling campaigns, project launches, corporate events, and any other sales support required. The position is responsible for generating reports and research, monitoring of all POs, tracking of transactions with suppliers, and internal and external coordination for seamless planning and implementation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Provide support and assistance to all sales channels for their sales activities
  • Assist on events management by ensuring all requirements are met and everything is in order.
  • Source new suppliers as deemed necessary and liaising and strengthening relationship with suppliers
  • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material.
  • Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers for sales and marketing events.
  • Manage marketing inventory and safekeeping of giveaways items, marketing collaterals, and marketing documents.
  • Monitor billing process with all the related departments and ensures that billings received are accurate and settled on time.
  • Handle marketing documentation and provides administrative support to the Marketing Manager.
  • Support the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, and with the development of new marketing strategies.
  • Create reports, marketing proposals, and market research for new marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in digital marketing requirements such as online advertising, webinars, and social media management.
  • Administer the creation of advertising and marketing materials from conceptualization up to completion and for releasing.
  • Coordinates with inter-departmental teams to generate digital and print advertising materials that helps in executing marketing activities.
  • Provide support to the sales team for event sponsorships and booth exhibitions.
  • Monitor real estate market situation and kept records of the daily reports sent by the service provider.
  • Compile newspaper advertisement tear sheets for all our projects.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Marketing/Communications/Advertising or equivalent;
  • With 1 year experience in marketing, advertising, events management, sourcing of suppliers, and PO processing from a real estate company would be an asset
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Creative, hardworking and resourceful, with good interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficient.
