JOB SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for all around execution of Operations inside warehouse. This includes implementation and execution of processes for Plant Sanitation of Internal and External p0remises of the Client, Handling and preparation of products during operations, Blast freezing activities and movement of commodities during inbound (for storage) and outbound (for dispatch). Complies with quality and food safety, sanitation, and handling process standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for receiving, proper handling, storing and labeling of finished goods and raw materials.

  2. Responsible for checking the quality and quantity of products during dispatching

  3. In-charge for checking the products during preparation of outgoing deliveries

  4. Checks the status of the container van before the transactions

  5. Responsible for the proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the storage / warehouse.

  6. Assist in quarterly physical count

Observe the movement of stocks

  1. Always observes good operating practices in any warehousing activities

  2. Always maintains an adequate space for all stocks to avoid over stacking

  3. Reports any abnormal movements and rendered required reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

  1. High School, Vocational, College Undergrad.

  2. Experience in cold chain industry is an advantage

  3. Computer Literate

  4. Keen to details

  5. Able to Multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php600.00 per day
