About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
BI Analyst
to transform business requirements into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. This role focuses on developing high-impact
Power BI dashboards
, conducting in-depth data analysis, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.

Working closely with data engineers, business teams, and leadership, the BI Analyst plays an essential part in creating a data-informed culture by delivering clear, relevant, and actionable analytics across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into stories that drive real business improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain
    Power BI dashboards and reports
    .
  • Analyse datasets to uncover trends, insights, and business recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with reporting standards.
  • Support
    ad-hoc analysis
    and data exploration using
    SQL
    and
    R
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, IT, or related field.
  • Experience building dashboards in
    Power BI

  • Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of

  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear reporting solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience working with BI or analytics teams is a plus.
