Our Property Specialist (Sales Agent) promote different properties handled by Megaworld Manila through advertisements, open houses, and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives. They build and sustain a strong social and/or professional network. It is also their responsibility to inform clients on market conditions, prices, legal, and/or documentary requirements and other related matters. The primary function is to assist customers in buying Megaworld Manila properties that are most suitable to their needs, and to encourage possible buyers RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Display and market company projects to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork for the client
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Promote sales through advertisements and other marketing activities
• Remain knowledgeable about company products, real estate markets and industry best practices JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelors/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• Must be willing to work in Manila *Fresh Graduates are welcome
