Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Business unit analysis, preparation of materials for commercial reviews, MANCOM meetings and Board meetings
  • Assists and guides in the budgeting and outlooking exercise to the assigned BU/support unit
  • Preparation of business cases, including preparation of financial models and preliminary analysis.
  • Assistance in the preparation of financial, operations and other management reports, including preliminary analysis
  • Assists in process improvements.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL ON THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Bachelors/College Degree in Accountancy;
  • CFA or CPA is preferred
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience in business analysis, accounting and financial reporting
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Above average in time management and organizational skills
  • Good sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Proven knowledge of information analysis
  • Hands on experience data collection analysis
  • Applies logic to solve problems and get the job done.
  • Proficient in using accounting software, preferably SAP, MS Office applications and business intelligence tools
  • Skilled at both oral and written communication that can influence others. Uses effectual examples and visual aids that have an impact on the audience.
  • Ability to obtain information from several sources to address present needs.
  • Personal and professional ethics and fosters a diverse and respectful workplace.
