Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect, deliver, and distribute documents, packages, and messages to various departments, clients, or external partners.
  • Handle office errands such as banking transactions, bill payments, and procurement of supplies.
  • Maintain records of deliveries and receipts for accountability.
  • Assist in photocopying, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in office common areas when required.
  • Support administrative staff in day-to-day operations.
  • Perform basic utility tasks such as setting up equipment, moving office materials, or assisting during company events.
  • Adhere to company confidentiality and security protocols when handling documents.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisors.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience as a messenger, utility worker, or similar role is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of local routes and areas.
  • Ability to handle sensitive documents responsibly.
  • Physically fit and able to lift/carry light office items.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
