Key Responsibilities:

The Transport Delivery Coordinator oversees own company trucks and Subcon personnel during night operations, ensuring smooth and timely fleet activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure fleet personnel strictly follow Fleet Procedures.
  • Monitor timely arrival of company trucks and Subcon at the warehouse; call the team if needed.
  • Distribute petty cash to truck drivers.
  • Ensure trucks are loaded in the correct sequence.
  • Verify that all loaded items are complete and accurate.
  • Address issues or changes that arise during loading.
  • Encode night operation data (arrival, departure, changes, issues).
  • Regularly check on the team regarding location and delivery status.
  • Provide delivery updates to agents upon request.
  • Notify agents of any customer or item-related concerns.
  • Inform the team of additional information or delivery changes.
  • Submit a night operation report before ending the shift.
  • Collaborate with supervisors on major concerns or issues.
  • Coordinate truck-related issues with the Fleet Vehicle Coordinator.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Business Management/Administration, or any related course.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
