Job DescriptionThe Hotel Manager oversees the daily operations of Rooms, Kitchen, Restaurants, Bar and Events, Engineering, and Security departments. Reports directly to the

General Manager and is responsible for planning and organizing the functions of the departments, ensuring alignment with budget goals, guest service standards, safety protocols, and overall maintenance through effective leadership, supervision, and motivation. Assists in the development and implementation of the Business Plan, Marketing Plan, Budget and Management by Objectives Programmes to ensure on an on-going basis optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability. Co-ordinates functions and activities with

General Manager and Corporate associates as appropriate. In the absence of the General Manager, assumes responsibilities and authorities as appropriate.

Keeps General Manager informed of any unforeseen events which may occur in his absence. Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotel, including, but not limited to current and potential clients, Corporate Executives, owing company representatives, community leaders, government officials, travel industry representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community

Ensure highest level of service standard through supervision of Hotel Department heads.QualificationsA graduate of any degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration/ManagementMust be of Filipino NationalitySeveral years of progressive hotel operations experience.Has at least 2-3 years of experience as Hotel Manager in luxury hotel environment, preferably with F&B background

Financial, forecasting, and budget management expertise

High level of organizational and problem-solving skill

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
