QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least a Vocational or Technical Course in Electrical Technology
  • Must have NCII in Electrical Installation and Maintenance.
  • Having attended PLC training and condition-based monitoring tools is an advantage.
  • 1 year experience in plant electrical, plant maintenance, and troubleshooting.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Provides preventive and predictive maintenance of the electrical systems conducting daily rounds and readings;
  • Leads successful installation and repair of electrical systems and wiring including but not limited to lighting system, motor control system, power distribution system, generator set, lighting arrester, process control automation, alarm, surveillance and communication, steam generation system, compressed air system, etc;
  • Complete daily assigned work and accomplish the work order form. Other activities also involve servicing of fans, control panels, motors, etc
  • Logs daily activities into a turnover logbook to update team with progress and new issues.
  • Carries out troubleshooting unplanned work orders
  • Performs other duties as assigned;
  • Identifies the need to outsource specific jobs that are beyond the capability of the current resources and provide needed assistance to the subcontractor to complete the work;
  • Coaches Team members in the execution of basic electrical tasks,
  • And ensure clean and organized/work area conforming to GMP
