Retail and Sales Design Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End to end Retail/Residential sales

  • Manage the showroom

  • Prepare presentations, proposals and quotations

  • Actively manage and develop sales pipeline and leads

  • Close project deals-manage these from start to finish; provide after-sales assistance

  • Actively seek potential partners/clients using various lead generation strategies such as saturation, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach

  • Engage in preliminary discussions with potential partners, laying the groundwork for more formal negotiations

  • Take qualified leads and establish relationships with architects and interior design partners who can refer clients, ultimately securing signed contracts

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling to introduce alternative and complementary products

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with partners/clients

  • Monitor and coordinate accurate, timely production and delivery of contracts

  • Maintain and nurture partner/client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and paving the way for re-orders and referrals

  • Perform other duties and other related activities as assigned by the President

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Architecture, Interior Design or related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply

  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of the high-end furniture or real estate market in the Philippines

  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Must have a high degree of initiative, independence and flexibility with the ability to think out of the box

  • Must be fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
