About the role

LUXE ASIA PROPERTIES INC. is seeking a skilled CAD Operator to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a full-time CAD Operator, you will directly report to the executive officers in our Engineering Department.

What you'll be doing

  • Produce and revise detailed technical drawings and translate design concepts into accurate digital blueprints.
  • Interpret project requirements and specifications to produce accurate and detailed CAD deliverables. erables
  • Supports engineering and construction teams with drafting and timely updates.
  • Maintain and organise CAD files and documentation in accordance with company procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualification or certification in Engineering Drafting or a related field
  • Proficient in the use of CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and well-organised CAD outputs
  • Effective collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar CAD Operator or Drafting role
