Inventory Personnel – Hotel

Job Summary:

As an Inventory Personnel in our hotel, you will ensure smooth operations by managing all stock and supplies used across departments—kitchen, housekeeping, front office, and F&B. You'll maintain accurate records, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with department heads to meet the hotel's daily operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming supplies for all hotel departments
  • Maintain organized storage areas for kitchen, housekeeping, and F&B inventories
  • Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with department heads for replenishment
  • Update inventory records using spreadsheets or inventory management systems
  • Assist in preparation of reports on stock usage and shortages
  • Support other operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hotel/restaurant experience preferred
  • Previous experience in inventory, stock, or warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with inventory software or Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
