JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible in ensuring that all the employees are provided with quality patient care that is in accordance with the appropriate professional and company standards; assists in the Company's compliance with the regulations of Occupational Health and Safety Administration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess the nursing care needs of the employee and provides necessary first aid treatment and medications; observes infection control precaution in the care of the employee; assesses employees returning to work with their ability to perform their job.
  • Inspects and ensures employees safety in the work area daily. Reports to the HR Manager any health hazard found. Facilitates and implements action to be taken.
  • Provides health care teachings to manage sickness and prevent recurrence; establishes a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all regulatory compliance in OSHS.
  • Submits an Incident Report, indicating the details of the employee's condition and action taken. Should be submitted before the end of the shift to the Immediate Supervisor of the employee.
  • Interprets and provides insight on employees' Annual Physical Exam (APE) results and applicants' pre-employment medical assessment.
  • Prepares and submits medical status and other utilization reports.
  • Collaborates with Benefits Department in preparing Payment Request Form for invoices related to HMO and Health Insurances.
  • Create and implement programs on the promotion of health, wellness, safety and prevention of illness for the working year.
  • Ensures stock availability of the medicines and materials needed in the clinic.
  • Participates in compliance activities required by the Department of Labor and Employment on OSHA and OHNAP.
  • Participates in training, development and other company activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Nursing and a Board Passer (RN)
  • With at least 1 year experience in Practice Nursing; primary Healthcare in a BPO setting
  • With Background in DOLE-OSH and DOLE-OHNAP.

  • MONDAY-FRIDAY
  • DAY SHIFT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php29, Php32,000.00 per month
