Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled
Python Engineer
with a strong background in AI, particularly in the
speech domain
. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with global experts to advance speech recognition solutions.

  • Data Preparation:
    Process large volumes of speech data, including text normalization, chunk preparation, and preprocessing for model training.
  • Model Development:
    Design, train, and optimize ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) models using advanced techniques. Explore new technologies and configurations to enhance model performance.
  • Model Evaluation & Tuning:
    Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech recognition models, compare performance across approaches, and fine-tune for optimal accuracy.
  • Tool & Module Development:
    Build and maintain tools to improve workflow efficiency, including automation for data processing and model management.
  • Organizational Support:
    Contribute to team operations by taking on additional responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced degrees or AI-focused coursework are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    with at least 3 years of coding experience.
  • Hands-on experience with
    speech recognition
    technologies is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to collaborate effectively within an international team.
  • Personal Attributes:
    Proactive, optimistic, accountable, and demonstrates strong ownership of responsibilities.
  • Preferred:
    Proficiency in Chinese (not mandatory).
