Role Overview: Python Developer (PyTorch & TensorFlow)

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong experience in PyTorch and TensorFlow to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, optimising, and implementing machine learning models that power our cutting-edge visualisation and planning solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into FeelDX projects.
• Optimise algorithms and neural networks for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Analyse datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
• Stay updated with the latest ML frameworks, trends, and technologies.
• Contribute to live projects while learning and implementing new workflows and meeting project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and neural network architectures.
• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Familiarity with computer vision, NLP, or other relevant ML domains is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of 3D/4D visualisation or interactive applications.
• Familiarity with agile development and version control (Git).

Who You Are

• Passionate Python developer with hands-on experience in PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts
• Skilled in developing, training, and deploying ML models
• Able to analyse datasets and extract actionable insights
• Experienced in working remotely with distributed teams and comfortable collaborating across creative and technical disciplines.
• Bonus: Familiarity with creative pipelines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Blender, project planning tools) is a strong plus.
• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Organised, efficient, and able to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fun environment
