In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Own and maintain the Work Instructions (WI) and process documentation repository (e.g. SharePoint), including version control, governance routines, and audit readiness.
  • Create and update process maps, SOPs/Wis, templates, and control checks to ensure consistency across MSOL MEA Customer Care operations.
  • Facilitate periodic process reviews to validate adherence to standards and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for simplification.
  • Provide proposals for customer RFQs, including review of technical and commercial requirements, data sheets, model number validation/creation, buy-outs, pricing, lead time, sizing, and answering technical clarifications.
  • Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting to provide timely, accurate visibility on KPIs, quality metrics and throughput.
  • Lead targeted continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving (e.g. DMAIC), translating issues into actionable solutions and measurable benefits.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Analytics, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in process improvement, analytics/reporting, and enabling automation/low-code solutions within a shared services, operations, or customer care environment.
