Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on barista experience in a specialty coffee setting
  • Skilled in espresso prep, milk texturing, workflow, and drink consistency
  • Experience training baristas or leading workshops is a strong advantage
  • Clear, confident communication and a student-first approach to teaching
  • Driven by purpose, with a deep love for coffee and education
  • Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Familiar with a variety of coffee tools and equipment
  • Certifications in Brewing, Sensory Skills, or Latte Art Grading are a plus (not required)
