  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing
  • Must be a Registered Nurse
  • Preferably a certified dialysis nurse
  • Preferably with at least 1 year work experience in a dialysis center
  • Minimum of of 2 yrs experience in hospital or dialysis Center
  • Preferably BLS & ACLS certified
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensures consistent provision of quality patient care to patients needing dialysis in accordance with policies, standard operating procedures, compliance requirements, and acquired training concepts.
  • Ensures provision of outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers including patients, patients' relatives, and staffs.
  • Assesses patient's responses to their treatment therapy and makes appropriate adjustments and modifications to the treatment plan as indicated by the prescribing physician
  • Ensures all relevant data including physician orders, lab results, vital signs, treatment parameters, and patient treatment data. Ensures proper documentation and storage of these information.
  • Routinely meets with the Head Nurse and Unit Head to discuss personnel and patient care status and other issues.

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
