Motorcycle Insurance Sales Coordinator

Qualifications Experience: With or without experience (training will be provided) Education: High School / Senior High School Graduate / Vocational / College Undergraduate or Graduate

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in the 2W (motorcycle) industry or sales is an advantage
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile devices
  • Must not have been employed by any SBFI-partnered dealer within the last 1 year (see list below)

Special Requirements:

  • Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license (Non-Pro or Professional)

  • Must have the following pre-employment documents ready:

  • NBI Clearance

  • Medical Certificate (Fit to Work)
  • Diploma
  • TOR / Form 137
  • Certificate of Completion (COC) or Certificate of Employment (COE)

Note: Qualified employees may avail of the MotorsikLOAN (motorcycle loan) benefit after completing six (6) months of service.


Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in and scheduled applicants in the MotorsikLOAN program
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Conduct field credit investigations and submit reports within prescribed standards
  • Monitor customer payments for the first three installments
  • Conduct KYC verification, validate customer IDs and signatures, and facilitate contract signing during loan release
  • Ensure accurate and complete submission of loan and dealer documents within the day or next day
  • Submit loan folders for safekeeping in proper order and on schedule
  • Provide status updates on loan applications to dealer partners
  • Conduct customer briefings during unit release and loan signing
  • Maintain and strengthen business relationships with assigned dealers

Customer Service Focus:

  • Assist customers with loan-related inquiries and applications
  • Coordinate with dealer partners to provide timely updates and ensure smooth transaction flow
