Job Summary:

The sales associate's responsibilities include attracting new customers, assisting with product launches, improving knowledge of the product range, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. You should be able to multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
  • Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
  • Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
  • Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
  • Constantly building product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.
  • Stocking sales floor shelves and creating attractive product displays.
  • Distributing samples and providing feedback for improvement to the management team.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, vocational course or high school diploma.
  • Retail sales experience.
  • A professional and approachable appearance.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
  • The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
