Amorita Resort, a leading luxury resort in Palawan Mimaropa, is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional dining experiences that our guests have come to expect. The role offers an opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

1. Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the resort's exacting standards
2. Assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning and development
3. Ensuring efficient and timely food preparation and presentation
4. Maintaining a clean, safe and organized kitchen environment
5. Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff
6. Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-end hotel, restaurant or resort
2. Strong knowledge of food costing, menu planning, food preparation, presentation and food safety standards
3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
5. Passion for creating innovative, delicious dishes
6. Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
