Customer Care Representative – Healthcare

Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Salary Package: ₱18,000–₱24,000 basic + ₱7,000 allowance

Shift: Night shift, starting 8 PM onwards | Fixed weekends off

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years completed in college (TOR required) or 2-year vocational graduate
  • Minimum 12 months of BPO experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance, or Life Insurance (handling benefits/claims)
  • Comfortable handling 50–60 calls per day
  • Knowledgeable in call center metrics (AHT/FCR/CSAT/etc.)
  • Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps (tools provided)
  • Payslip from previous employer required
